Delivery policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ninja Nyan CosProps. The following will lay out what our delivery policy is and this forms part of our terms & conditions

Terms such as "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ninja Nyan CosProps where they are used.

General

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery location

All products on our website are currently only available for delivery within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If it likely that there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will send you an update.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed upon checkout.

Once dispatched, all orders should take between 1-5* business days to be delivered. 

*This is an estimate and delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged due to mishandling of package in transit, please contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International delivery policy

We currently do not ship outside of the U.K.

Returns policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. Please email to let us know that you will be returning the product.
